Privacy & data handling

Operator / privacy contact

Privacy contact:
Privacy email/contact:

The designated privacy contact is the Privacy Lead. We collect information reasonably needed to provide requested tools, matching, provider onboarding, privacy requests, security and consent records.

Purpose and sharing

Where a form asks for matching, information may be shared with relevant independent providers/partners only for that request. This production package contains no behavioural-advertising or data-broker feature.

Sensitive immigration information

Do not submit passports, immigration file numbers, government IDs, police certificates, medical records or financial documents through initial matching forms.

Retention

Unmatched request records are targeted for deletion or de-identification within 90 days. Active inquiry/provider/security/consent records may be retained longer when reasonably needed for the requested service, complaints, security, legal obligations or auditability.

Requests

You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of future sharing through the relevant request form or Privacy Lead workflow.

Privacy request

Optional private workspaces

Some recurring-use sections offer an optional private workspace after a successful request. The workspace can store profile details, saved locations or assets, project/work-order notes, and identifiers linking later requests to the same workspace. It is not required to submit a request.

Workspace access uses a long, random private key rather than a password. Anyone who has the private workspace link can access that workspace, so the link should be treated like a private document link. The access key is stored in the browser when possible. Workspace data can be deleted from the workspace controls.
